Open to the public. A parking area and a Cheshire Land Trust  sign can be found along the east side of Sperry Road, about 1/4 mile north of Cook Hill Road.  The property's blue-blazed trails loops around the entire preserve and offers views into the 4-acre Kolstad Woods. Brooke Perserve also features an upland hardwood forest, an assortment of spring ephemerals, mushrooms and ferns. The property also has a a small ravine with a lovely meandering stream.  Dogs are allowed at this time, but must be on-leash and waste must be picked up and carried out of the property.
